Art by DavyBob

I looked in my art box for mediums I haven't seen DavyBob use. I found a full box of pastel chalk. Davy made 3 drawings on his own, using up maybe half the box :)

And after I shook the dust off... There wasn't a way to save the dust. I would like to see him use thick oil paints by hand... Haha..

I'm amazed at how similar these two are. DavyBob said, "Newspaper looks like that. From the past. Sam, Taylor, Abraham".
I often don't understand what Davy means. This is one of those times.

Davy made this one on my iPad.

DavyBob and I took the garbage out to the street tonight. I tried to give him advice on how to take the huge rolling trash container down the stairs. It really upset him. He froze up, like he does if you mess up his flow. I apologized and tried to help him. Finally announcing loudly that Davy was like an olympian he finally brought the trash down the stairs and we took them out to the curb. He was hurrying back to the house. I caught up with him, which probably annoyed him. He stopped at a bush of reeds. DavyBob really likes the dried out reeds and twigs. He holds them sometimes. So he stops at the bush and just stands there staring into the mess of leaves and dried stalks. I annoyed him some more I'm sure, by trying to cheer him up. Finally, I looked at what he was looking at, and I noticed that the complexity and randomness of the long leaves of the bush reminded me of his art. So I told him his art reminded me of the messiness of the bush and he agreed and he cheered up a bit.

I meant to wake up this morning at 1am.  It was too windy and I was too tired.  I finally woke up again after 4am.  I went outside and out to the robot building.  I tried to lift the door.  It was too heavy.  I had lifted it before, and it was really heavy, but, why couldn't I lift it this time?  I tried again.  nope.  It's just too heavy for how tired I am.  I summon my powers of embarrassment, that this might be the sole cause of not getting the robot working today and I try again.  After lifting it like a clean and jerk (weightlifting) I get in the building and turn on the robot and setup the laptop on a towering desk so I can get wifi signal from the house and also have an ethernet line to the robot's controller.  I am online with Andrea the guru in Italy at 5am.  Now that we have all the equipment, there is no excuse that the robot shouldn't run fine.  We just needed to diagnose and alleviate.

Frankly.  I'm too tired to write the rest..   Suffice it to say, we got the robot working and cut out a wax piece from a program today.  Huge victory.  Here's a video of the sun coming up at about 5:50am, and the towering desk, and the robot.  Good NiGHT!

~1992.  them were the days.  a few girls at school told me that shirt I was wearing looked good on me.  after that I pretty much wore it every day.  I don't know why only a few of us from our high school got to go see the senataur speak.  Hatch is up for re-election.  I don't live in Utah anymore, but I hope he gets set "out to pasture" because I don't think he was ever working for Utah.
to have hair again.  hahaha..  i don't feel like i look anything like me here, anymore.  i am trying to write a novel where i (37) battle myself (18)..  I'm pretty sure I (18) would kick my (37) butt in almost every way.

tres robots.

start

no one reads this blog anyway.  yo soy SUP3R Z3RO.

I am down to 2 projects.  robot (CA). and my robot (everywhere/nowhere).  and their robots (Italy/everywhere).  so, three projects.

I'm down here.  robot is here.  not hooked up yet. (CA)  should be within a week.  better be.  goal is to get pieces made for brother's gallery show (JP, not me) in June. brother is hardest working person i know.
I'm designing my "end effector" for automation..  it is the most important thing in my life.  it better work.  here goes.  (CA, SLC, ORE, SEA, Italy?, St Louis, CA:||)  plan to make bike front triangle (jly, ORE, ftw - for the world).  also a rib for airplanes (jly, aug-ORE, aug-SEA, aug-stlouis).  also, a ladder; which should be an awesomely fun experiment; complex and simple; this math is the kind that is truly gratifying. (jly-ORE, Provo)  If I come up with a bness case for a 3D tube shape with intersections or without, like a table base or roll cage or something, maybe aero 2bing. (Italy, sea)
their robots are there (and BC), and I may start to train on them; well, i guess that's what i'm doing down here with robot.  that and designing mine. (CA, BC, Italy?, kazakhstan-maybe twas joke)

I look forward to learning to wind surf.  and hanging out with peeps in ore.  also.  also robots are the stuff that make the dreams.
